洋葱花药发育中钙离子分布特征

摘 要:

采用焦锑酸钾沉淀钙离子技术, 对洋葱(Allium cepa)花药发育中Ca2+ 分布进行了研究。在小孢子母细胞时期, 小孢子 母细胞中的钙沉淀颗粒很少, 但绒毡层细胞的内切向壁已出现明显的钙沉淀颗粒。在四分体时期, 四分体小孢子的胼胝质 壁中出现较多的钙沉淀颗粒; 绒毡层细胞内切向壁的钙沉淀颗粒消失, 而在外切向壁和径向壁部位的钙沉淀颗粒增加。在 小孢子早期, 小孢子中也出现了钙沉淀颗粒, 而绒毡层细胞内切向壁表面出现了很多絮状物, 其上附有细小钙沉淀颗粒。到 小孢子晚期, 小孢子中出现一些小液泡, 细胞质中的钙沉淀颗粒有所下降。此时绒毡层细胞已明显退化, 但在绒毡层膜上 仍有一些乌氏体和钙沉淀颗粒。在二胞花粉早期, 营养细胞中的液泡收缩、消失, 细胞质中又出现了较多的钙沉淀颗粒, 在 质体和其内部的淀粉粒表面上附有较多的钙沉淀颗粒。到二胞花粉晚期, 花粉中的钙沉淀颗粒已明显下降, 仅在花粉外壁 中还有一些钙沉淀颗粒。

Distribution of Calcium in Developing Anthers of Allium cepa L.

Abstract:

The distribution of calcium in developing anthers of Allium cepa L. was studied by using potassium antimonite technique. At microspore mother cell (MMC) stage, no calcium precipitates appeared in MMC cytoplasm, but some already on the inner tangential wall of tapetum. During the tetrad microspore stage, many calcium precipitates accumulated in the callose wall of tetrad and on the outer tangential wall and radial wall of tapetum. However, the large calcium precipitates on the inner tangential wall of tapetum disappeared. At the early microspore stage, the calcium precipitates appeared in microspores, and many very tiny calcium precipitates distributed in the cytoplasm and on surface of tapetum cells. In the late microspore stage, some small vacuoles appeared in the microspores and the calcium precipitates decreased in microspore cytoplasm. The tapetum cell had showed degeneration characteristics, though still with some Ubisch bodies and calcium precipitates on its inner tangential wall. At early bicellular pollen stage, the calcium precipitates increased again in the cytoplasm of bicellular pollen, especially on the surface of plastids and small vacuoles which were shrinking and disappearing. At nearly anthesis (late bicellular pollen stage), some calcium precipitates still located in the exine but a few in the cytoplasm of pollen.
